Reality Transurfing, Part 1 - You Already Have the Power

I’ve read a couple of books on mindset, freedom, and transformation. But few shook me the way Reality Transurfing did and brought me to this question:
What if the life you want is already out there, just waiting for you to choose it?
Instead of pushing harder, grinding longer, or trying to “manifest” blindly, Reality Transurfing teaches us how to shift into the life we actually want, by understanding how reality itself behaves.
Let’s begin with the foundation: Reality is not something you control or force into being. It's something you align with.
Here are the key principles that cracked my brain open:

The Alternatives Model
The world is made up of an infinite field of possibilities. Every outcome you can imagine already exists, not in the future, but now. It’s not about creating reality; it’s about choosing which version you step into.
Your thoughts emit energy. That energy tunes you to a specific version of reality, like tuning a radio. The stronger and more consistent your though are, the more you anchor into that version.
So, your reality reflects the energy of your thoughts, not what you want, but what you think about. When you fear failure or obsess over outcomes, that’s what you’ll get.
“The world is like a mirror. Smile at it, and it will smile back.”
→ Start observing the quality of your thoughts. What are you “tuning” to all day long? Doubt? Desperation? Certainty? Peace?
Pendulums don’t care about you, it’s your energy.
Pendulums are like invisible energetic forces that feed off attention. They can be personal (toxic relationships), collective (media outrage), or systemic (hustle culture).
Choose carefully where you put your attention.
They thrive on emotional energy. If you get triggered, reactive, or obsessive, a pendulum has hooked you. So you want to act purposefully, not just react.
“The moment you stop reacting, the pendulum loses its power.”
→ Catch yourself when you’re overly emotional about something external. Ask: “Is this mine, or am I feeding a pendulum?”
The Wave of Fortune
When you detach from pendulums and align with your true path, you’ll start catching “waves of fortune”. Unexpected synchronicities, ease, and good luck.
But it only happens when you’re in a state of inner calm and non-resistance. And most people are too distracted or rigid to notice when fortune appears…
It always start with small things, like the beginning of a wave, so don’t miss them!
“The wave of fortune is caught, not created.”
→ Start noticing small, fortunate shifts in your day. A smile. An idea. A coincidence.
Balance & Excess Potential
When you assign too much importance to something, a goal, a person, an outcome, you create excess potential. Life then creates opposing forces to rebalance things, usually through setbacks and by pushing the thing away from you.
Everyone lives in their own version of the world. What you focus on literally builds your layer of reality. For some people this world is heaven, for others hell…
And yes, this one is hard, it’s like taking care of yourself without worrying, but with practice everything is possible and remember the virtue is in the middle.
“The more importance you place on something, the less likely you are to get it.”
→ Be chill about the things you want. Trust they’re already in motion. Practice calm desire.
The Alternatives Flow
Stop swimming upstream. Reality flows, and there’s always a path of least resistance.
How do you follow it? Stay connected to your inner state. If you feel tense, you’re probably off-track. If you feel clear and calm, you’re flowing with the right current.
This might not be obvious at first but it’s a must skill because when you focus too long on fear, conflict, or dissatisfaction, you slide into a worse version of your life.
“When you go with the flow the world meets you halfway”
→ Several times a day, ask: “What’s my inner state right now?” Don’t fix it. Just notice.
Intention > Willpower
There are two kinds of intention in Transurfing:
Inner intention = trying to control events.Outer intention = aligning with the version of reality where things already work.
The most powerful shifts come not from willpower, but from cooperation with the universe. Outer intention works best when your heart and mind are in agreement.
And it’s not about desire or wanting, is about the intention to have and accept you can.
“Potential is only limited by intention”
→ Instead of asking “How do I make this happen?” Ask: “What version of me already has this, and what does she do differently?”
Slides and Visualization
Slides are like mental movies, imaginary scenes we replay over and over. Some are negative (“I’m not good enough”), others positive.
Here’s the twist: Reality mirrors the slide you most often play. Most of us unconsciously play slides of lack or fear.
Start playing ones where you’re already successful. Already free. Already at peace.
“Allow yourself the luxury of deserving the absolute best.”
→ Design a 30-second scene that represents your ideal life. Play it in your head daily, not to force it, but to tune to it.
The Heart and the Mind
Most people live in conflict between the two, chasing what “makes sense” while ignoring what feels true. but they both have a purpose.
The heart feels. The mind thinks.
When your mind (logic) and heart (intuition) want the same thing, you create resonance. That resonance allows you to tap into outer intention and move toward your goals with less effort, like if it is natural to you.
“The heart knows the path. The mind clears it.”
→ If a goal doesn’t feel exciting to your heart, it’s probably not aligned. Listen deeper.
Goals and Doors
Vadim Zeland says real goals feel effortless and meaningful. If you have to force every step, you might be walking through the wrong door.
The right goals feel light. They energize you, not deplete you. The door you’re meant to walk through will open easily, but only if you stop banging on the wrong ones.
“What is yours will come easily and bring joy.”
→ Ask: “What feels natural and energizing to me, even if it doesn’t look ‘ambitious’?”
Last Thoughts:
This isn’t theory. It’s a user manual for reality.
You don’t have to “force” your life into greatness. You just have to stop fighting what’s not yours… and align with what already is.
The more you observe, your thoughts, your energy, your emotional state, the more power you gain to change your life. Not by force. But by choosing with clarity and aligning with flow.
You don’t need to create what already exists. Just need to choose it and accept it.
I know this may sound woo-woo and a bunch of bull but I encourage you to at least try it because I did it and I can attest to a lot of this in just a few months.
And if you ignore it, you won’t see it or feel it, let alone live it… remember our brain is not made to see the future, is made to comprehend the past.
→ Trust your path. You can only connect in the end.
See you in a week.
Your Zine.
