Reality Transurfing, Part 2 - The Hidden Forces That Shape Your Life

You already know: your thoughts shape reality. But now let’s go deeper.

Explore the inner architecture of intention, energy, and how your relationships, health, and life experiences are shaped by invisible forces you may not even realize you're reacting to.

And invisible forces might sound strange but remember the wind is one of them.

The best part? You can learn to shift those forces.

Energy: Where Everything Starts

Your energy is the currency of creation.

When you feel drained, unfocused, or anxious, it's not just mental noise, you're running low on free energy. That’s the part of your energy not consumed by stress, overthinking, or resistance, and it’s exactly what fuels intention.

Zeland makes a bold point: If your intention is “to get better,” your energy is still focused on being ill. But when your intention is “to live healthy,” you align with a different version of reality, one where vitality is normal.

And I can say for experience that, living healthy feels a lot lighter than betting better.

What I learned from this? Preserve your energy and your body. Cut the noise. Rest, hydrate, walk outside. Say no to battles that aren’t yours.

“You do not have to fight for your health or store up energy. Simply let it in.”

→ Ask: Am I fighting what I don’t want… or choosing what I do?

Frailing: The Power of Letting Go

Frailing is one of the most underrated ideas in Transurfing.

It’s based on a universal truth: People want what they want, not what you want for them.

So instead of trying to take, shift into giving. Instead of chasing love, give respect. Instead of pushing a product, help solve a problem.

Letting go of the intention to get, and replacing it with the intention to give, unlocks a whole new level of freedom, and ironically, success.

This way you also avoid becoming obsessed with the things you want.

What I learned from this? Give without expectation. Admit mistakes without shame. Lead with presence, not persuasion or fear.

“Abandon the intention of receiving; replace it with the intention of giving, and you will receive the very thing you gave up.”

→ Ask: Am I trying to force my will… or support theirs?

Coordination: Choosing Your Lifeline

Coordination is about emotional balance and conscious awareness.

Things will go “wrong.” Scripts will change. But your reaction creates the next chapter.

When you meet change with calm, you step onto a more positive lifeline. When you resist, fight, or spiral, you descend into chaos.

And no, emotions are not super easy to control but with practice success is guaranteed.

Here’s the key: Confidence is overrated. You don’t need to “feel” ready. You just need the will to have, and take it one step at a time.

What I learned from this? Reframe negative events. Observe your scripts. Accept, and choose again.

“I do not want or hope - I intend.”

→ Ask: What if this change is secretly good?

Forward to the Past

Most people try to win freedom by fighting their current reality.

But freedom is found by ending the inner battle altogether.

You don't have to justify, prove, or force anything. Just release tension, hold your slide (your ideal vision), and walk toward it with peace.

Visualizing and your goal is enough, when your heart and mind are aligned you will feel it as if you have lived it, and that unlocks the energy of intention, without effort.

What I learned from this? Let go of struggle. Play your slide daily. Live as if the future you want is already behind you… waiting to be remembered.

“The Past Lies Just Ahead.”

→ Ask: What if this gets to be easier than I thought?

Last Thoughts:

This part of Transurfing is where things get real. It’s less about what reality is, and more about how to move through it with power, presence, and peace.

You don’t have to control everything. Just lead with clarity and trust.

Energy. Intention. Surrender. These are the quiet superpowers most people never learn to use. But now you can, and I would love it if you at least tried.

The next version of your life already exists. Choose it. Go for it!

→ Let go. Give freely. See the good. Walk forward.

See you in a week.

Your Zine.
