- Science of Habit Stacking: How to Make Productivity Effortless
Do you also feel like your to-do list is 3 miles long… but your energy is stuck in neutral? We all want to be more productive, but most of us try to force it. We guilt ourselves into getting stuff done, when the truth is: real progress comes from making things easier, not harder. That’s where habit stacking comes in. A simple technique that makes productivity feel almost automatic. What Is Habit Stacking? Habit stacking is the practice of pairing a new habit with an existing one, so your brain links them together. Over time, one triggers the other — no willpower required. Think of it like this: your morning coffee is already a habit. If you want to start journaling, place your notebook next to your mug and write while you sip. Two habits, one routine. It’s like hitching a new wagon to a train that’s already moving. No extra effort, just momentum. “You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.” — James Clear → Pick one current habit (like brushing teeth, making coffee, or checking your phone). Stack a simple new habit right after it. Keep it small and doable. Why It Works (The Science Bit) Our brains love patterns. When actions are repeated in the same sequence, they become easier to perform — thanks to a process called “automaticity.” In short: the more you repeat it, the less you have to think about it. According to research from University College London, it takes around 66 days to form a new habit. Stacking makes that easier by piggybacking off something your brain already does without thinking. People who stacked new habits onto existing ones were 2x more likely to stick with them, according to a study in the British Journal of Health Psychology. And to this a call Automatic consistency! → Make your habit stack obvious. Put your journal on your pillow. Leave your gym shoes by the front door. Turn your intention into a cue. Examples of Easy Habit Stacks Want some ideas? Here are a few powerful pairings: After I brush my teeth, I’ll speak my affirmations for the day. After I check my emails, I’ll write 3 lines in my gratitude journal. After I turn off the TV at night, I’ll spend 10 minutes reading a book. After I post on Instagram, I’ll engage with 3 followers. The goal isn’t to do more. It’s to make what you want to do feel natural. → Choose just one pairing this week. Make it small enough that you can’t fail. (Example: 1 push-up after every bathroom break. Yes, really.) Last Thoughts: Productivity doesn’t have to be a grind. It can be smooth. Painless. Even automatic. Habit stacking is proof that you don’t need to change your entire life to make a big difference — you just need to attach new habits to what you’re already doing. Because small things, done consistently, lead to big things over time. Start stacking. And let it carry you forward. Want help choosing your first stack? Hit reply and I’ll help brainstorm. “Success is the product of daily habits—not once-in-a-lifetime transformations.” — James Clear → Pick one habit you already do daily. Choose one small, helpful habit to stack onto it. Repeat daily for one week. Track your progress. See you in a week. Your Zine.
- The Psychology of Money (Made Simple)
This week, I read The Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel. To be honest… I didn’t learn anything new. And that’s not a flex — just a reminder of how far you and I have come on this journey toward financial freedom. But then I thought: this book is for the version of me who started out with zero money literacy. The one who thought budgeting meant “saying no to everything” and wealth meant “having nice things.” So, today’s ProfitZine is for that beginner version of all of us. If you’re still feeling stuck, stressed, or simply unsure about money — these are the timeless truths that can change everything. Real Wealth Is What You Don’t See Nice car? Fancy watch? Big house? Luxe vacation? That’s spending. Wealth is the money you don’t spend. It’s the quiet account growing behind the scenes. It’s freedom, not flex. Do you know that all of the “rich” people's clothing brands have two different lines? One where they use their logos in a very big and obvious way and other where they or did not even use the logo or it is pretty hidden and you can’t see it. The first line is for the people who want to appear rich, and maybe at some level they are rich, but the second line is for wealthy people. Have you noticed wealthy people don’t wear brands..? “Spending money to show people how much money you have is the fastest way to have less money.” — Morgan Housel → Every time you feel the urge to “show off” with a purchase, pause and redirect that money to savings or debt payoff instead. Let your account balance be the flex. Money Is About Behavior, Not Brains You don’t need a finance degree to be financially free. You need consistency, self-awareness, and the ability to delay gratification. Money is like brushing your teeth. You don’t need to understand dentistry — you just need to do it every day. Of course, the more you know, the more prepared you are and the more options you can see and choose from, but like we discussed in the book “The Intelligent Investor,” you can have all the knowledge but none of it matters if you don’t control your behavior. For example, right now, the stock market has been through some downs, but do you realize the only people losing money are the people selling? And that’s behavior… → Pick one habit to practice this week — tracking expenses, saying no to impulse buys, or automating a savings transfer. Small steps lead to big results. Define Your “Enough” There’s always someone with more. But chasing “more” forever? That’s a race you’ll never win. For me, I already have enough because I have freedom, and I control my time every day. Everything else I’m going to accomplish is just a plus, but I will always be happy and at peace with what I have, so I will always have enough. If you don’t know what enough looks like, you’ll never stop moving the goalpost. → Write down what financial freedom looks like for you. How much is enough to live well, feel safe, and be free? Get specific. Freedom Is the Goal We don’t save money for the sake of it. We save it so we can say no. So we can quit that job, take that break, or build what we really love. This is for me is very obvious but on the other hand I know a lot of people that just don’t save, and the only thing I’m going to say about that is, if I did not spend years saving, for health and for just in case situations, I could not have left my job and not work for a good while with zero stress as I did. → Ask yourself — what does freedom look like for me? What small money move can I make this week to get closer to it? Last Thoughts: This book wasn’t groundbreaking for me. But it reminded me that most people aren’t taught how to think about money — they learn by making painful mistakes. If you’ve already made some progress, be proud. If you’re still figuring it out, don’t be ashamed. Everyone starts somewhere. And if you take one thing from today: money isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being intentional. Keep going — you’re doing better than you think. “Controlling your time is the highest dividend money pays.” — Morgan Housel → Write down your version of “enough.” Then take one step — even if tiny — toward buying more freedom, not just more stuff. See you in a week. Your Zine.
- Hidden Expenses That Are Lowering Your Bank Account (and How to Cut Them)
You ever check your bank account and think… “Where did all my money go?” Been there. Too many times. Most of us don’t overspend on yachts and luxury vacations — we lose money in quiet, sneaky ways. These are the hidden expenses that slip under the radar and chip away at our financial freedom. The good news? Once you spot them, you can stop them. So today, let’s shine a light on those budget vampires and show you how to keep more money in your pocket — without living like a monk. Let’s dive in. Subscription Overload We all love a good Netflix binge. But are you also paying for Hulu, Spotify, Apple TV, and 3 apps you forgot even existed? Let’s be real; even if you want to keep your binging app, you need only one… The average person spends over $200/month on subscriptions — many of which they don’t even use. And if you're building your freedom, you definitely don’t even have the time to use all these subscriptions, so this is a no-brainer. What to do: Go through your bank statements for the last 2 months → Make a list of every subscription you pay for → Cancel the ones you don’t use or truly need. Bonus tip: Use a free app like Rocket Money or Bobby to find and cancel them automatically. "Beware of little expenses. A small leak will sink a great ship." — Benjamin Franklin Food Delivery Fees & Takeout Temptation Ordering in is fast and easy — but those delivery fees, service charges, and tips add up fast. You might think you’re spending 10 bucks on dinner… but your bank account sees 15 or 20 pending where you live. And let’s be honest, unless you're juggling 3 or 4 jobs, you have time to cook enough times per week to not depend on deliveries and it’s a lot easier to eat a lot healtier when you're the chef. What to do: Set a weekly limit for takeout and stick to it (try 1-2 nights/week max) → Use grocery pickup or meal kits to make cooking easier → Batch cook your favorite meals to avoid the “too tired to cook” trap For example, I always cook lunch, so I always have dinner when I don’t want to cook again or I don’t have the time. Want to save €150+ a month? Cook 3 more meals at home weekly. Simple as that. Late Fees & Forgetfulness Late fees on bills, missed payments on credit cards, or going into overdraft? That’s money you’re giving away for no reason, and it’s not even a good charity. What to do: Set up autopay for bills and minimum credit card payments → Set reminders 3 days before due dates (your phone can do this) → Ask your bank to remove overdraft protection or alert you in real-time A €15 late fee here, a €25 charge there… over a year, that’s hundreds lost on nothing. This also applies to having different back accounts, if you don’t have a lot of money, why don’t you keep it all in just one bank, one account, and pay only one fee? "Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money, but you cannot get more time." — Jim Rohn Emotional Spending Rough day? New shoes. Bored? Amazon. Lonely? Uber Eats. It’s not just about money — it’s how we cope. These may be harder to spot, especially if you're running around taking care of a million different things, but as soon as you start being more conscious of it, it will come naturally. What to do: Before you buy something non-essential, ask yourself: “Am I feeling or needing?” → Use a 24-hour or 72-hour wait rule before buying → Replace the habit — take a walk, call a friend, journal, meditate, etc. This one’s deeper, but when you master it, you unlock true freedom, and you’ll end up living a more fulfilled life every day. Energy & Utility Leaks Running electronics 24/7, heating empty rooms, or ignoring your water bill? Those extra €5-10 monthly charges add up over the 12 months. Again, money you're wasting… I might sound like a boomer talking about this, but it’s just another field you don’t even think about and can make a difference when you're living paycheck to paycheck. What to do: Use smart plugs or timers for appliances → Switch to LED lights and unplug devices not in use → Compare rates and switch providers if you're overpaying (which happens a lot) Bonus: You’re saving money and the planet at the same time. Last Thoughts: Every buck you save is a buck you can invest, enjoy, or put toward the life you really want. You actually have more money than you think; you just need to pay attention! Cutting hidden expenses isn’t about depriving yourself. It’s about awareness. About not letting your hard-earned money leak away quietly. And about getting closer to financial independence, one tiny choice at a time. Let’s build a life that feels as good as it looks. “Do not save what is left after spending, but spend what is left after saving.” — Warren Buffett → Review your subscriptions. Cancel one. Reinvest the money into your savings or something that truly brings you joy. See you in a week. Your Zine.

- 5 Creative Money-Saving Hacks You NEED to Try!
Saving money doesn’t have to mean living like a monk or cutting out all the fun. In fact, small, smart changes can make a huge difference over time. This week, I’m sharing five creative (and surprisingly easy) hacks to help you save without feeling deprived. The 72-Hour Rule – Outsmart Impulse Spending: Impulse purchases are one of the biggest reasons money slips through our fingers. Before buying anything non-essential, wait 72 hours. If you still want it after three days, go ahead! But chances are, the urge will pass, and you’ll have saved yourself from a purchase you didn’t really need. Think of it like this: Ever craved cake at night but lost interest by morning? The same happens with impulse buys! Just waiting makes all the difference. →Next time you want something, add it to a wishlist instead of checking out. Three days later, decide if it’s still worth your money. The “Cash Stuffing” Challenge – Control Your Spending: Ever heard the saying, “When you see it, you believe it”? Well, when you physically see your money disappearing, you spend more mindfully. Withdraw a set amount of cash for the week, and once it’s gone, it’s gone! Think of it like a game: Make it last and challenge yourself to spend less than your set amount. This game allows you to increase your savings every month in a fun way. → Take out €50 at the start of the week for small expenses and challenge yourself to make it stretch. The “One-Year-No-Buy” List – Delay, Then Decide: We all have things we want to buy but don’t really need. Instead of impulse shopping, create a “One-Year-No-Buy” list. Write down everything you think about buying and revisit it a year later. You’ll be amazed at how much you no longer want! Think of it like this: If an item can wait a year, do you really need it at all? It’s like the cloth we don’t use but still keep on our closet for some reason. It only takes space… → Start your list today and watch your spending habits shift! The Freebie Hack – Use What’s Already Available: Before spending money, check if there’s a free or discounted alternative. You’d be surprised how many resources exist if you just look! Take these examples: Borrow books from the library instead of buying Swap skills with friends instead of hiring professionals Look for free local events instead of paid entertainment. Think of it like a treasure hunt: The more you seek, the more hidden gems you’ll find! Everything exists and is available to us, we just don’t know! → Before spending, Google “free alternatives to [thing you want].” You might be surprised by what’s available! The “Round-Up” Trick – Save Without Noticing: Some apps automatically round up your purchases and stash the difference in savings. A €3.50 coffee? The app rounds it to €4 and saves €0.50 for you. Those small amounts add up fast! Think of it like pocket change in a piggy bank: A little here and there turns into a big pile over time. I do this with my Revolut, mostly I forget I’m doing this wish is amazing, and then when I go check all investments I see this “extra” cash like it fell from the sky. → Check out apps like Revolut, Acorns, or Qapital to start rounding up today! Last Thoughts: Saving money isn’t about deprivation—it’s about being intentional. Small changes lead to big results, and the best part? You don’t have to overhaul your life to see progress. Here’s to making every euro count! “Do not save what is left after spending, but spend what is left after saving.” – Warren Buffett →Which of these money-saving hacks will you try first? Or do you have your own secret trick? Hit reply and let me know —I’d love to hear! See you in a week. Your Zine.
- How to go from 0 to 1
In our quest to explore groundbreaking ideas that shape the business world, we turn our attention to Peter Thiel's insightful book, "Zero to One." Thiel, co-founder of PayPal and a visionary entrepreneur, presents a fresh perspective on innovation and entrepreneurship. Let's delve into the key concepts from his book and discover how they can inspire us to build a unique and prosperous future. Embrace Singular Innovation: Thiel emphasizes that true innovation involves creating something entirely new—a leap from zero to one—rather than merely replicating existing ideas, which he refers to as moving from one to n. This concept encourages us to focus on vertical progress, developing unique solutions that transform industries, instead of horizontal progress, which involves copying existing models. "Doing what we already know how to do takes the world from 1 to n, adding more of something familiar. But every time we create something new, we go from 0 to 1." — Peter Thiel → Challenge yourself to think beyond improvements and aim for groundbreaking innovations that redefine markets. Seek Monopoly, Not Competition: Contrary to traditional business teachings that glorify competition, Thiel advocates for creating monopolies. He argues that monopolistic businesses, which dominate their markets with unique products or services, are more profitable and sustainable. These companies can set their own rules and avoid the pitfalls of fierce competition. "Competition is for losers." — Peter Thiel → Focus on developing unique offerings that set your business apart, allowing you to dominate your niche and achieve lasting success. Cultivate a Definite Optimistic Future: Thiel introduces the concept of definite optimism—a mindset where individuals believe in a bright future and actively plan to achieve it. This perspective contrasts with indefinite optimism, where people expect a better future but lack concrete plans, and pessimism, where the future is viewed negatively. "A definite optimist believes the future will be better than the present if he plans and works to make it better." — Peter Thiel → Adopt a definite optimistic outlook by setting clear goals and developing strategic plans to create the future you envision. Build a Strong Foundation with the Right Team: Thiel highlights the importance of assembling a cohesive team that shares a unified vision. He suggests that startups should prioritize hiring individuals who are not only skilled but also aligned with the company's mission and culture. "A company does better the less it pays the CEO—that's one way to align everyone in the company." — Peter Thiel → Invest in building a team that is passionate about your vision and works collaboratively towards common goals. Leverage the Power of Network Effects: Network effects occur when a product or service becomes more valuable as more people use it. Thiel emphasizes that businesses should strive to create products that benefit from network effects, leading to exponential growth and a competitive edge. "The value of a business today is the sum of all the money it will make in the future." — Peter Thiel → Design your offerings to harness network effects, enhancing value for users and driving rapid growth. Prioritize Sales and Distribution: Thiel argues that even the most innovative products need effective sales and distribution strategies to succeed. He cautions against underestimating the importance of sales, noting that a superior sales strategy can differentiate a successful company from its competitors. "If you've invented something new but you haven't invented an effective way to sell it, you have a bad business—no matter how good the product." — Peter Thiel → Develop robust sales and distribution channels to ensure your innovative products reach and resonate with your target audience. Focus on Long-Term Vision: Thiel encourages entrepreneurs to think long-term, planning for sustained success rather than seeking immediate gains. He believes that a long-term perspective enables companies to build lasting value and withstand market fluctuations. "Only by seeing our world anew, as fresh and strange as it was to the ancients who saw it first, can we both recreate it and preserve it for the future." — Peter Thiel → Maintain a long-term vision to guide your strategic decisions, ensuring enduring success and impact. Last Thoughts: Peter Thiel's "Zero to One" challenges us to rethink conventional business wisdom and strive for unique innovations that propel us from zero to one. By embracing singular innovation, seeking monopolistic opportunities, adopting a definite optimistic outlook, building cohesive teams, leveraging network effects, prioritizing sales, and focusing on long-term visions, we can create groundbreaking ventures that shape the future. Remember, the journey from zero to one is about creating something entirely new—a unique path that leads to unparalleled success. → Keep innovating and building the future you envision! See you in a week. Your Zine.
- Are You in Control of Your Money……Or Is It Controlling You?
Be honest—when was the last time you looked at your bank account and felt peace of mind instead of stress? For most people, money isn’t freedom—it’s a constant source of worry. ❌ Not knowing where their money goes. ❌ Feeling like they can’t get ahead. ❌ Always playing catch-up with bills. But here’s the truth: financial freedom isn’t about how much you make—it’s about how you use what you have. And no, you don’t need to win the lottery or become a millionaire to feel in control. You just need a plan. The 3 Truths About Money No One Tells You 1. More Money Won’t Fix Bad Habits A higher salary won’t save you if you’re still overspending and living paycheck to paycheck. Your habits determine your financial future, not just your income. We all have at least 1 friend that spends everything he makes every time and when an urgency arrives they don’t have any extra money or savings to solve it, creating a bigger problem. 2. Debt Isn’t Normal—It’s a Trap Credit cards, car payments, and loans are marketed as a way to “afford more,” but they really keep you stuck working for someone else. The less debt you have, the more freedom you gain. When the regular middle class person uses debt to experience a “bigger” life is never wise. Only in very specific and normally business related situations is debt a good choice and even then depends on the country you're in. 3. If You Don’t Control Your Money, Someone Else Will Banks, lenders, advertisers—everyone wants a piece of your paycheck. The question is: Do you have a plan, or are you letting them decide for you? Living in the moment is a great experience and we should practice it when it comes to where, how and with who we spend our time, but money? No, just no. Your future self will thank you. Why "Someday" is a Dangerous Lie How many times have you told yourself, “I’ll start saving next month” or “I’ll figure it out later” or “Monday is the day to start” ? Here’s the hard truth: later never comes. Life will always throw new expenses at you. The “perfect time” to start won’t magically appear. But you don’t need to overhaul your entire life overnight. Small, consistent steps make a bigger impact than waiting for the perfect moment. If you start today, in a year, you’ll look back and thank yourself. If you wait, a year from now, you’ll still be wishing you had started. Your Freedom is Worth More Than Any Paycheck Most people work their whole lives for money, but what if money worked for you? Imagine having the freedom to:Say “yes” to opportunities without worrying about bills.Take time off without guilt or financial stress.Invest in yourself, your dreams, and your future. That’s what financial freedom looks like. This has been my reality for the last year and there’s nothing like it, just the peace of mind is something that has no price and having your life in your hands is the most empowering thing I ever experienced! Your Next Step to Financial Freedom If you’ve ever thought, “I just need to get my finances in order, but I don’t know where to start,” I’ve got you covered. I put together a simple 5-Step Financial Freedom Guide that lays out a clear, no-fluff plan to take control of your money— starting today. It’s free, practical, and easy to follow. 👉 [Download the Guide Here] The best time to start? Right now. Your future self will thank you. Last thoughts: I don’t know your particular situation, we all have different upbringings but no matter how it looks, making an assessment on your financial condition can never hurt you. Without it you can’t build a solid plan for a brighter future, without it you can’t be in control of your life. And no you will never be able to control everything, but you can for sure be prepared for almost anything if you take action. I can’t stress enough how much more happy, stable, healthier and confident I am as a person since I started my freedom journey, and all I want if for you to experience the same. See you in a week. Your Zine.
- The Big Myth: Success Requires Massive Effort
Most people believe that success comes from huge, life-changing efforts. They think they need to quit their job overnight, launch a perfect business, or overhaul their entire routine to get results. That’s where they get stuck. In reality, success is built on tiny, consistent actions —small wins that compound over time. The truth? Micro-habits beat bursts of effort every time. Today, let’s talk about the power of tiny wins and how you can start stacking them to create big momentum in your business, money, and life. The Magic of One Email Per Day (Business Growth) You don’t need to send 100 cold emails a day to build a business. But you do need consistency. Imagine if you reached out to just 1 potential client per day — that’s 30 prospects a month, 365 a year. Even if only 10% convert , you’ve still gained 36 new clients in a year. “Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.” – Robert Collier -> Send 1 outreach email per day to a potential client, partner, or mentor. That’s it. $1 a Day to Wealth (Finance Growth) People overcomplicate wealth. They think they need big money to start investing or saving. But small amounts add up fast . If you automate just $1 a day into a savings or investment account, that’s $365 a year —without even thinking about it. If you can bump it to $5 a day, that’s $1,825 saved annually . And if you invest it? Over time, it compounds. “Do not despise small beginnings. The mighty oak was once a tiny acorn.” -> Set up an automatic daily transfer of $1 to a savings or investment account. The 5-Minute Skill Rule (Personal Growth) Want to learn a skill but feel like you never have time? Forget spending hours studying. Instead, commit to just 5 minutes a day. 5 minutes of reading, writing, practicing sales, or learning about money daily adds up to 30+ hours per year. “It’s not about being the best today—it’s about being better than yesterday.” -> Set a timer for 5 minutes daily and dedicate it to one skill you want to improve. The One-Sentence Journal (Mindset Growth) Most people struggle with journaling because they think they need to write an entire page. Forget that. Just write one sentence per day tracking a win, a lesson, or how you feel. Over time, this builds self-awareness and progress tracking. “A tiny step forward is still progress.” -> Every night, write 1 sentence about your day. Final Thoughts: Just Start Small The biggest mistake people make? They wait for motivation. Success isn’t about feeling ready—it’s about starting, even when you don’t feel like it. Start small today. Send one email. Save $1. Write one sentence. Tiny wins create unstoppable momentum. -> What’s ONE small action you’ll take today? Hit reply and let me know! See you in a week. Your Zine.

- What we should be taught in school…
Squirrels instinctively gather and store nuts for winter, even without prior experience. Birds build nests and navigate vast distances, guided by internal knowledge rather than external instructions or tools. Humans also possess a Success Instinct , far superior to that of animals. Unlike animals, whose instincts are fixed on survival and reproduction, humans are gifted with Creative Imagination . This unique ability allows us to choose, design, and pursue diverse goals, activating our Success Mechanism . Creative Imagination isn’t just for artists or inventors. Through imagination, humans not only survive but also create and shape their futures. How Your Success Mechanism Works: You are not a machine, but your brain and nervous system act as a servo-mechanism, resembling a computer or goal-seeking device . Like a self-guiding missile, it automatically adjusts to reach targets or respond to environments. This built-in system functions as both a "guidance tool" steering you toward goals and as an "electronic brain," solving problems and offering insights. Servo-Mechanisms operate in 2 ways: Known Goal : The objective is defined, such as a guided missile targeting an enemy. Feedback systems correct course deviations (negative feedback) to reach the goal through a series of adjustments. Unknown Goal : The mechanism's role is to locate or discover the target. For example, picking up a pen involves selecting the goal (via conscious desire) while the brain’s automatic mechanism handles the actual movements. Feedback from the senses (like sight) helps refine these actions. Learning and Refinement In tasks like a baby reaching for a rattle or someone learning to drive, noticeable zigzags reflect the brain’s learning process. Over time, as successful responses are achieved and remembered, actions become smooth and habitual, demonstrating the brain's ability to refine and perfect movements. The Automatic Mechanism in Action: The impressive precision of an interceptor missile computing the exact interception point of a target may seem like a pinnacle of technology. However, similar marvels occur every time a center fielder catches a fly ball in baseball. To successfully intercept the ball, the player must calculate variables like the ball’s speed, trajectory, curvature of fall, wind factors, and velocity changes. These calculations are processed instantly, allowing the player to react immediately when the ball is hit. This process happens unconsciously. The center fielder’s brain, using its goal-striving mechanism, processes incoming data through the eyes and ears, compares it with past experiences (successful or failed catches), and computes the necessary adjustments. The result? Muscle movements are triggered, and the player runs toward the interception point without overthinking the process. The Answer Exists Now: When approaching a problem or looking for a new idea, it's essential to assume that the solution already exists somewhere and that the task is simply to uncover it. Creative work in various fields—be it business, writing, or human relations—begins with a clear goal or desired end. This goal may be vague at first, but once defined, it becomes something that can be “recognized” once achieved. The process is subconscious; once you truly commit, your mind begins to work on it, pulling together ideas, facts, and experiences stored in your memory, much like a scanner searching for relevant pieces of information. The answer often emerges unexpectedly, sometimes when your mind is focused elsewhere, or even in a dream. The Success Mechanism operates through certain principles: Goal Clarity : Your Success Mechanism requires a clearly defined goal, which should be thought of as already existing. It either steers you toward a pre-existing goal or helps you discover something already there. Teleological Nature : The mechanism works towards an end result, so don’t worry if the means to achieve it aren’t immediately apparent. The method will often unfold as you focus on the goal itself. Learning from Mistakes : Mistakes are a natural part of achieving goals. Servo-mechanisms, like the Success Mechanism, work through negative feedback: errors happen, but they correct the course, moving toward the goal. Skill Development : Learning happens through trial and error, with successful actions being remembered and repeated, while past errors are discarded. Trust in the Process : Trust that your Creative Mechanism works without conscious intervention. If you overthink or try to force outcomes, you’ll hinder its effectiveness. Acting with faith, as Emerson said, will invoke the power you need. When you set a goal and trust in the process, the specific steps needed to achieve that goal will often come to you without stress or anxiety. Trying to force ideas will only hinder progress. The answers come when you remain calm and open to the process. Last thoughts: Now, you know how we all work. Hope that was not too much and to finalize I want to give you 5 ways to conscious maximize our Natural Creative Power: Plan, Don’t Worry After Action: Once you commit, let go of the outcome. Your energy is best used executing, not worrying about results. Focus on the Present: Your creativity only thrives in the now. Be present in each moment and avoid stressing about the future. Your mind will respond best to the environment you're in right now, not what’s ahead. Do One Thing at a Time: Trying to multitask only leads to stress. Focus on one task and give it your full attention. By concentrating on the current task, you’ll work more efficiently and calmly. Set the Stage Before Rest: Many creative minds, from Edison to Bekhterev, used pre-sleep focus to allow their minds to "work" while they slept. Setting up the day before and letting your subconscious process can lead to breakthroughs upon waking. → Relax While Working: Practice relaxation daily. Mentally revisit your relaxation moments during the day. This helps reduce tension, prevents fatigue, and keeps your creativity flowing efficiently. See you in a week. Your Zine.
